A new partner for Groupe AOH (more)
Thanks to the investments in Spain, in China, in India and in Canada, AOH has during all the year a supply of raw materials and basic products. The geographic spreading and the strategic alliances realized in Europe make that the company knew how to position on the market. Simple trading company of canned food of fruits and vegetables in its beginning, AOH is at the moment an important actor of the market.
AOH is a company effectively managed, operating on a international scale with a strength of 45 persons permanently and with six office in the world and 9 centers of logistic distribution.
LOCAL PRODUCTION BY GROUP OF SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
AOH is present in regions adapted to the culture in Spain, in Canada since 2001 and in China since 2005, in India.
The regions of culture are selected in a professional way while taking into account specific requirements of every product. The contractual farmers receive the selected and approved seeds by our research department.
They are constantly formed and have the most recent technology to assure a growth and an optimal culture.
AOH watches the complete process of culture, offers help and assistance and oversees the use of chemicals to fight against the diseases and the parasites.
The method of the group consists in treating products as fast as possible after the harvest. It is that in these conditions that the state of coolness, the taste and the natural colour appropriate for the products are totally preserved. The logistic process takes care then of the transport and the daily treatment from the companies of treatment of fruits and vegetables, which are all situated in an equivalent of 2 hours of route of the places of culture.
THE SUPERIOR QUALITY ENSUES FROM THE CONTROL OF THE COMPLETE
The whole process of production and treatment is permanently controlled to make sure
that the qualitative specifications and the legal standards are respected at any time. For that reason the products are guaranteed and reliable.
AOH is capable of giving such a guarantee seen as the totality of the process of production (culture, harvest, treatment and logistics) was assembled an integrated chain. The control of this chain and its mastery allow to redraw every product from the shelves up to the palette and then up to the place of culture. The information about the origin, the treatment of the cultures, the used ingredients, etc., if necessary, can be found at once.
THE MOST MODERN TECHNIQUES GARANTEE A PRODUCT 100 % SURE
The group makes use of the most modern techniques of treatment to assure the safety of the product as well on the physical plan, 
as chemical and bacteriological. By means of a sorting by camera, the sizes and the forms except standards, but also the foreign objects, are removed from lots. So only raw materials answering strictly to the indicated specifications are selected.
We use modern machines of completion ( HRF), fed by an arrival separated from the glass and the raw materials. This system avoids the possible presence of glass brightness in the end product in case one of the jars would break.
An equipment of detection of metals removes possible fragments of metal.
The pasteurization is totally controlled by computer. All the data are continuously recorded. If necessary, the process of pasteurization is adjusted at once.
The vacuum of every packaging is controlled, as well before after the pasteurization.
LICENSES AND PRECISE CERTIFICATIONS ARE THE GUARANTEE OF THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS
The quality system is detailed in a manual. The procedures and the instructions describe exactly all the stages of control as well as the frequency in which the controls are made.
The internal procedures are regularly controlled by independent bodies.
